How do I find the right size?
We recommend that you check the size guide on the product page. That way you will find the perfect size for you.
The series or product I want is out of stock, what do I do now?
Join our newsletter and you will be automatically notified as soon as the item is back in stock.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Vipps (only for Norway), Klarna, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amex and PayPal.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and pack your order as quickly as possible.
If the item does not fit, please return it to us for the correct size.
Would I like to receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing the order. This email contains the order number (consisting of 4 digits), a summary of the order and the delivery address.
I have provided incorrect address information, can this be changed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. To be sure, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible solutions.

We deliver worldwide.
What is the delivery time?
If you are in Norway, the delivery time is 3-5 days, and for international orders it can take 7-11 days.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Here you can find the status of your order and, if necessary, give the shipping company further instructions.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Have you not received your order? Sorry to hear that! After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be shipped the same day. You will then receive an email with tracking information to follow the package.

My tracking information shows that my order has been returned. What should I do?
Please contact us at shop@theurbanlegend.no. One of our customer service representatives will investigate what has happened and find a solution as quickly as possible.
Return and exchange
What are the return conditions?
Return period
We operate with a return period of 14 days, during which the customer can return the package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that return packages must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
Return conditions
All items must be returned to us in unused, unopened or unwashed condition, fit for resale, with tags still attached to the item. For items purchased on sale or with a discount, The Urban Legend Shop does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or converted into a voucher. Shipping costs are not refunded.
What are the return costs?
Returns are at your own expense and depend on which shipping provider you use and which country you are returning the package from.
How can I exchange or return my order?
Changing or returning an order is very easy. Send an e-mail to Shop@theurbanlegend.no within 14 days of receiving your order, stating that you wish to exchange one or more products.
We will send you the return instructions right away. :)
How long does it take to exchange a product?
After your return package has been received by our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 days. In most cases, the exchange will be carried out within a few days. You will always receive a confirmation email with a tracking code when your new order is shipped.
What can I do if the product I want to exchange for is no longer available?
Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created a return and the product is out of stock, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a four-digit code. If you have not received this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.
What should I do if a product is delivered with a fault or damage?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We would of course like to solve this for you. Please send a message to shop@theurbanlegend.no with a photo of the fault or damage. Our customer service team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period has expired?
We operate with a return period of 14 days, during which the customer can return the package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return package must be sent back to us within these 14 days. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or receiving a voucher. Please contact customer service to hear about the possibilities.
How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After we have received your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. On the tracking information you receive with the return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on, the 10 working days begin. When the refund has been completed, you will receive a notification to this effect. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
