NOTE:
For items purchased during our sale, we do not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another product in our online store or exchanged as store credit.

Return period
We have a return period of 14 days during which the customer can return the package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Return conditions
All items must be returned unused and unwashed, in a condition suitable for resale, with tags still attached to the item.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

What are the return costs?
Returns are at your own expense, depending on the shipping company and the country you are returning the package from.

How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate that you wish to exchange a product when you register the return, we will immediately begin work on this. That way we can ensure that the exchange is completed within a few days.

What can I do if the replacement product is no longer available?
Ask our customer service about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created the return and the product is out of stock, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

Where can I find my order number to register the return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you have not received this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

What should I do if a product is delivered incorrectly or damaged?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We will of course help you solve this. Send an e-mail to shop@theurbanlegend.no with a photo of the damage. Our customer service will work quickly to find a solution.

What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period?
Remember to deliver the return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement product or a gift card. Please ask our customer service about the possibilities.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. On the tracking information you receive with the return package, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on, the 10 working days begin. After the refund has been made, you will receive a notification to this effect. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
